Early Care for Lasting Results

Orthodontic treatment is a specialized branch of dentistry that focuses on correcting the alignment and position of teeth and jaws. At our practice, we offer a range of orthodontic treatment options designed to meet the unique needs of your child. We utilize oral appliances to treat issues effectively during the critical development phase.

Treatment Options

Interceptive Orthodontics

Also known as early treatment orthodontics, this treatment can begin as early as age six or seven. It addresses common dental issues such as teeth crowding, tongue thrusts, and cross-bites while your child's teeth and jaws are still in the development phase.

Space Maintainers

When your child loses baby teeth prematurely or permanent teeth are delayed, a space maintainer helps support the space until adult teeth fill the gaps. We offer distal shoe, Nance, band and loop, and lingual holding arch options.

Habit Appliances

We use habit appliances to address tongue thrusts and thumb-sucking habits that can cause dental issues in children. These appliances can help break the habit and promote healthy oral development.

Rapid Palatal Expanders

RPEs are often used to treat posterior cross-bites, a condition in which the upper teeth bite inside the lower teeth. These appliances help expand the upper jaw and correct the bite for proper alignment.

A Welcoming Experience

We understand that orthodontic treatment can be intimidating for children. That's why we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that puts your child at ease throughout the process.
